BlueStacks has been around since 2009 and is popular with gamers who want to play mobile titles on a larger screen with more precise controls. It is also useful for people who rely on an app that exists only for phones, for developers and testers who want a quick look at an app without picking up a device, and for anyone whose phone is too old or too full for a demanding game. An emulator translates Android software for PC hardware, so performance depends heavily on your processor, graphics and memory; the recommended specifications above matter more than the minimum ones if you plan to play demanding games.
Changes in this release line are listed in the BlueStacks 5.22 release notes.
Download BlueStacks only from bluestacks.com. Consider using a separate Google account in the emulator rather than your main one, install apps from Google Play rather than random APK sites, and remember that online games may have rules about playing on emulators.
